  • It’s simple, create a profile on our platform to showcase what you have to offer, it only takes a few minutes and it's free.
  • We will notify you of quote requests that come in that matches your services and location.
  • Customers come to us to organise their event, we collect basic information necessary for you to decide if it's something you can provide, and if it is pay a small fee and contact the customer with a quote (you can also request further details or archive the request for later). That’s it we don’t charge any other fees or commissions.
  • The big benefit to you is we put you in touch with customers actively seeking your service but might not otherwise have come across your business.
For Event Organisers/Customers
  • Whether you’re planning a private birthday party, luxurious wedding or large corporate event you can do it all on Enventit.
  • Fill in a simple quote request form detailing what quotes you are after (for example catering for a 30th birthday party) , we match your request to local suppliers so you can sit back and relax while quotes come to you.
  • We know price isn’t everything so each quote comes with a supplier profile so you can see their ratings and reviews and make the best choice. This saves you time because you no longer have to manually search through numerous suppliers and contact them all individually only to discover they aren’t available or don’t match what you are looking for.

    What Fees Are Involved:

    It’s completely FREE to register and create your own personal page on Enventit. To respond to quote requests you’ll need to purchase credits which allows you to contact customers who have requested your service (credits typically cost between $1 and $2 dollars). That’s it, there’s no further fees or commission and once you’ve made contact you're free to communicate with the customer until the job is done.

    How Do I Get Matched To Quote Requests:

    When creating your profile you are required to specify which services you offer (for example mobile coffee van or BYO venue hire) and the locations which you service (for example (Sydney CBD or all of NSW). When a quote request comes in that fits your criteria we will send you an email notification, you can edit your services and locations at any time by logging into your account. 

    Do I Have To Respond To Quote Requests:

    No, you have no obligation to respond to requests that get sent to you. If you're not available to service the request or it's not right for you simply delete or archive the request. 

  • For those organising an event

    With Enventit you can submit a single request and receive personalised quotes from local suppliers. Once quotes come in, compare it and choose the supplier that’s best for you. You’re also free to browse through our extensive list of suppliers, if you find one you like contact them directly through our platform or send a single quote request out to all suppliers and let them contact you.

    Nothing, our services to you are absolutely free.

    Do I Have To Accept A Quote:

    No, you have no obligation to accept quotes that get sent to you. 

    How Many Suppliers Will Receive My Quote Request:

    Unique to Enventit, all suppliers registered with us will see your request if it matches their services. For example, if you are looking for mobile pizza caterers, any supplier who can offer this service in your area will be notified and able to respond to your request. This will save you time as you no longer have to find and contact each supplier individually.
